P2P Sports Marketplace

This platform was designed to connect surfing enthusiasts with instructors. Users can find instructors, chat with them, book a lesson, and easily pay for it.

LetsSurf

Lack of quality surfing marketplaces inspired our client to enter this market with a fresh platform concept.

Project idea

LetsSurf is a surfing marketplace that lets beginners find professional instructors with ease.

Target audience

Simultaneous development for three platforms, Tight deadline, Ongoing updates of the original idea and business logic and Billing-related challenges

Project Challenges
  • Having studied your business objectives and based on them make a research, which results in an outlined feature list, technology stack, and project estimate
  • After the Planning Stage, we create UI·UX design, make a project plan, and implement the features
  • Manual and automated testing is followed by final debugging and uploading to a production server
Results

We provided our client with a website coupled with iOS and Android app that can be controlled through the web-based admin panel.

Main features of the project

After the planning stage, our developers started working on the platform.

Built-in calls

It was decided to provide both sides with an opportunity to call each other. This way, instructors can always reach Surfing Guests and vice versa.

Crafting a full-fledged map

The work of the entire platform is based on user location. In order to build a great experience, we integrated a world map from Google, customized its look, and provided users with an opportunity to pick their location both manually and automatically.

Building in-app communication channel

It was necessary to give both parties an additional channel for keeping in touch. A real-time chat was a perfect fit for fulfilling that need. With its help, Surfing Guests and Surfing Buddies can both message each other to specify details.

We’re very happy with Androswift. They seem to work in the way that we do, and we have a close collaboration with them. Every day we talk to the developers and outline what needs to be done.

We found Androswift had played the main role in helping with our customized web development, web applications and plugin customization. Having Androswift on onboard gave us the confidence to say yes to all jobs! Requested project edits were returned quickly.

I was at first worried about doing business with developers in another country as I am based in the UK, but I had spoken to a guy from Androswift called Kalpesh, who assured me that using Androswift for all my development work would not be a risk at all and they have proven me right.
